Once each case evaluation has been finalized, your case manager will begin communication with all necessary parties. By initiating a formal dialogue with the resort, we are able to correspond with the proper representative that handles the timeshare contract. No matter big or small, our process ensures the resort cooperates or we will take the necessary action to ensure we achieve the timeshare cancellation. 

As we go through the process, we handle just about everything on behalf of our clients, keeping the case as stress-free as possible. With every update, dedicated case manager's will keep clients informed about the progress being made, and they will be available Monday-Friday for any questions the client might have. If at any point the case requires interaction from the client, the case manager's do their very best to make the process as easy as possible.
